The Easter Bunny Break-Out!

 

Our littlest Chick Poppy Burgeon, shows off this light and lovely 50s two piece dress, made of 100 yellow silk, delicately hand beaded in shimmering silver seed, and bugle beads.

This well-structured classic is Princess cut, sleeveless, with a grande Bateau neckline, and defined waist, while the front pleated skirt is Full Round, and falls to Cocktail length for most.

The jacket is slightly boxy, with Princess seaming, with 3/4 sleeves, and a Jewel neckline.

The sweet little hat from the early 40s, what we call a Veiled Caplette, or Caplet, is a structured cap, overlay with pale yellow smooth crinoline, accentuated by the matching yellow “Spotted” veil, with velvet straps

Wear with silver kitten heels and a small Lucite bag for a return in time, or wear with sky high strappy silver stilettos and a rhinestone headband for a more modern look, of course I hear they make silver Chucks… I’d go with low top.
