Vintage Visage Homage : “Pin Ups”

In honour of David Bowie

This dainty 1940s Veiled Caplette, or Caplet,  has stood time with her classic shape, with a formed shell cap, covered in a velvety, moss-green leaf applique, light gossamer veil with rhinestones, and a green iridescent sequin crown.

Next, a chic 1950s  Pillbox, or Pill Box, made notorious by the late Jackie-O, in a lustrous inky-black mink, lined with black satin and silk crepe.

Wear these Vintage hats as you wish; with era appropriate evening gowns for a period nod, or have a little fun like we did, and bring these deserving beauties back into the fray.
